Aged Brass Pinhead Blade Pendant – Double-Sided

Inspired by Clive Barker’s Hellraiser, this double sided brass pendant is modeled after Pinhead’s iconic hooked blade, capturing the cold, ritualistic aesthetic of the Cenobites. The piece has been heavily aged and distressed by hand, giving it the appearance of something old, handled, and pulled from a darker place rather than newly made.

Both sides of the blade are finished, allowing the pendant to be worn from any angle. The surface wear, darkened recesses, and uneven patina are intentional, meant to evoke an artifact rather than a piece of polished jewelry. This is not decorative horror. It is meant to feel used, possessed, and earned.

The design language draws from the same brutal geometry seen in the Lament Configuration, originally designed by Simon Sayce, and reflects the grim elegance that defines Barker’s world. Every step, from cutting to engraving to aging, was done by hand in my shop, ensuring no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

This pendant is made for horror fans, collectors, and anyone drawn to the macabre who wants something that feels closer to a relic than an accessory.
