Custom Square Hellraiser Pinhead Pendant

This square-shaped metal pendant features a striking 2.5D design of Pinhead, inspired by Clive Barker’s legendary Hellraiser universe. At the center, Pinhead holds a custom Lament Configuration box — an original twist on the iconic puzzle box that binds pain and pleasure in equal measure. 

Handcrafted from my own design, this piece captures the cold, ritualistic terror of the Cenobites in a small but powerful form. Pendant is hand-finished and aged to look like a relic from Hells labyrinth. These pendants are made in very limited numbers — once they’re gone, they slip back into the shadows.

Comes ready to wear with a basic stainless steel chain included.
