Behind the mask, the nightmare is even worse.

This is one of my most detailed horror pendants yet. A brutal Jason Voorhees inspired design showing two sides of the legend in one piece.

One half features the unmistakable weathered hockey mask, complete with its worn surface, ventilation holes and dark, empty eye. The other half is torn away to reveal the decayed face underneath. The split runs directly down the center, blending the mask and monster together into one disturbing portrait.

Below the face, heavy chain links cross the neck while a battered, torn jacket completes the full bust design. I wanted this piece to look old, damaged and pulled straight out of a nightmare. Not clean, shiny or mass-produced.

This is not a flat printed image or simple surface engraving. The entire pendant is built in deep relief. You can see and feel the layers. From the smooth damaged mask to the exposed teeth, torn flesh, deep wrinkles, chain links and shredded clothing.

The pendant is darkened and then carefully finished so the raised details come back to a worn silver-colored finish while the deepest areas remain black. The result is a heavily aged, almost relic-like appearance that changes as the light hits it.

Because each pendant is individually finished by hand, no two will look exactly the same. Small differences in darkness, texture and wear are part of the piece.
