This particular stone has beautiful golden and deep whiskey-brown tones that shift depending on the light. Inside, you can see thin, leaf-like layers and tiny organic fragments suspended in the resin.  Kinda looks like some kind of shell maybe? There’s a natural fracture pattern near the center that gives it a fiery, cracked-glass look when the light hits it just right.

Amber like this often comes from prehistoric coastal forests, where tree resin dripped down and trapped whatever nature left behind plant flakes, bits of bark, mineral grit, or tiny shell traces carried inland by storms or ancient tides.
