This handcrafted 3"x3"x3" Lament Configuration is my most faithful tribute to the iconic puzzle box from Clive Barker’s Hellraiser universe. Built in the spirit of the original designs by Simon Sayce—the man behind the screen-used boxes—this static display piece is as close as I can get to the real thing.

Made from solid wood and faced with .12mm brass sheet, each panel is precisely etched, hand-polished, and sealed with a gloss finish to reflect the eerie elegance of the original props. The box doesn’t open, but it doesn’t need to—it radiates the same dark, forbidden energy that captivated fans and tormented souls alike.

This design is the result of years of admiration and research. I was lucky enough to speak personally with Simon and others involved in the first two films, taking notes and absorbing every detail I could. I’ve also studied every interview, behind-the-scenes clip, and source I could find to make this as authentic as possible.

These are extremely limited. Each one is hand-finished by me, Pops—crafted with reverence, precision, and just a little bit of darkness.
