This oval-shaped metal pendant features a haunting 2.5D portrait design of Pinhead, inspired by Clive Barker’s legendary Hellraiser universe. Pinhead clasps the infamous Lament Configuration box — the cursed puzzle that binds pain and pleasure in equal measure, for all eternity. In the back a soul is being torn apart with chains and hooks. Oh, what sights....

Handcrafted from my own original design, this piece captures the cold, ritualistic terror of the Cenobites in a small but unforgettable form. Each pendant is hand-finished and aged, giving it the look of a relic pulled straight from Hell’s labyrinthine corridors.

These pendants are produced in very limited numbers — once they’re gone, they slip back into the darkness where Pinhead waits.
