Straight out of the cult horror favorite Trick 'r Treat comes Sam, everyone's favorite little Halloween enforcer, brought to life in an incredibly detailed, three-dimensional wood carving!

This is not some mass-produced plastic decoration or cheap resin statue. This is a one-of-a-kind piece of horror art, created from genuine exotic Padauk hardwood, known for its beautiful, naturally rich reddish-orange color.

Each detail has been carefully CNC and hand carved and finished to bring out the depth, texture, and character of the design.

Sam sits quietly on a weathered stone, wearing his signature stitched burlap mask and tattered orange pajamas, holding his little jack-o'-lantern sucker. Beside him sits a wickedly grinning pumpkin, complete with deeply carved eyes, jagged teeth, and incredible texture.

But take a closer look...

From the individual stitches running down Sam's burlap mask to the worn fabric of his clothing, the folds in his pajamas, the tiny details in his shoes, and the rough, deteriorating stone and ground beneath him, this piece is absolutely loaded with detail.

The entire scene is carved in deep 3D bas-relief, giving it a dimensional, sculptural appearance that changes as the light moves across it.

Crafted From Exotic Padauk Hardwood

One of the things that really makes this piece stand out is the wood itself.

Padauk is a beautiful exotic hardwood, naturally ranging from vibrant orange to deep reddish brown. I chose it specifically because I felt its warm, fiery color was perfect for Sam and the Halloween theme.

After carving, I went back and hand-finished the piece, carefully adding color, shading, aging, and distressed effects to bring everything to life.

The orange clothing contrasts with the aged burlap mask, weathered stone, and sinister jack-o'-lantern. Darkened recesses help bring out all those tiny carved details.

The result is a piece with a creepy, aged appearance that looks like it belongs in a serious horror collection.
